I was very fortunate a couple of weeks ago to have Corinne Lyall of Royal Lepage Benchmark in Calgary take some time with me and explain how her brokerage’s back end works paperless. Thank-you Corinne. The benefits for the agents seem to be first and foremost a time savings as they can e-mail anything that the conveyencing department needs from anywhere. It makes for one less trip to the office. Trade record sheets are done automatically. Just on these two improvements why would you not be sold on going paperless.

On another note what I saw was their are brokers and agents that have a similar philosophy about this business as our office does and maybe that was more important than the paperless lesson I had. Sometimes you get more than what you expect and this was the case. Thanks again Corinne
