Begin the process touring homes to see how they fit your needs and requirements. Educate yourself and me about your likes and dislikes regarding each toured property.


Contract Offer

Upon finding your home of choice, I will walk you through the contract offer procedure. I will negotiate contract terms on your behalf.

Home Inspection

Spend time with the home inspector learning about your home you have made an offer on, review condition of systems and negotiate any needed repairs.


Countdown To Closing

Myself, your mortgage lender and lawyer work together with you to pull together the pieces to purchase your home. See next page for additional details.


Here are many of the actions taken to prepare for closing


Work with your lender gathering needed documents and lock-in your interest rate. DO NOT APPLY FOR NEW CREDIT LIKE NEW FURNITURE OR CARS.



I will work with you to meet all contract conditions timelines are met. Common conditions include appraisal, financing, home inspection and more.


Work with your lawyer to provide required information for closing which generally includes your contact information and preferred way of holding title.



Usually the day of Possession, I will conduct a final walk-through of the property. This is done by the Sellers Lawyer giving us possession after the keys are released.
