Resiliency: What’s Needed Today

Jim McLeod July 12, 2012

As more and more information is available to buyers and sellers I think knowledge is becoming less important. Knowledge with the internet is easily obtained and becomes obsolete very quickly. As a broker I am always looking for realtors who can recognize whether knowledge is old or new, recognize change that is good for our clients, work with new technology for our customer’s benefits, and have developed the systems to deal with the rapid change that our business is going through. The old school rule of bigger is better from the brokerage model in my opinion does not offer the security for the client it once did. You need a company that is resilient and able to react quickly. At Sanctuary Real Estate we are resilient and we are constantly making upgrades to how we do business so we can better anticipate changes for our clients.
